Along the way, it will be possible to sleep in hotels, hostels, so called ‘cases de pages' (rural homes) and huts, following customers preferences and establishment disponibility.
All establishments have safe places to keep bikes and stuff to clean them..
Pedals d’Occitània can only be done with previous booking.
You can only book thru Pedals d’Occitània booking center, never directly to the establishments.
In the case you show up in any establishment without bookiing the organization won't be responsible for your situation.
The reservations will be formalized by one he deposit of 15 Euros for person and day account number: 2100 3619 16 2200141910.
It is necessary to pay the totality of the amount of the return as minimally 15 days before initiating it. If the reservation is effected 15 days before (or less) of Pedals d’Occitània initiates the itinerary, it is necessary to pay directly the complete amount. .
If a reservation IS ANNULLED up to 30 days before the beginning of the return, the complete amount will turn. In case of annulling the reservation in 30 previous days and before 10 days of the beginning of the return, one will proceed to the return of 5 Euros for person and day. In case of annulling inside 10 previous days the totality of the reservation will get lost.

If you don't sleep where booked, you have to pay the fee of the establishment you use, loosing the import of the booked one.
Pedals d’Occitània recommend going with professional mountain guides if you don't have the required experience.
Booking confirmation means agreement with all conditions.
The forfet includes the roadbook, that will have to seal to all the controls, and will serve to achieve the mallot exclusive of Pedals d'Occitània, when finish, with this book properly stamp. The forfet also includes a bag, a map,roadbook holder and sunglasses. The Price is 42 €.
Transport of luggage is 70 € per person.
